PERIOD 5/6 TUESDAY 11/24
Create a story that is 26 sentences long. Each sentence must begin with a consecutive letter of the alphabet. You do not have to start with "A". Do this in WORD and then cut/paste it into this blog. Give your story a title and sign your name at the bottom. AVOID simple sentences such as: Alvin had a party. Bill came. Charlie brought chips. Dylan brought soda. Edward Cullen showed up and bit everybody.

Kites soaring in the air above us, while we laid on the beach, this was a great day. Living at my beach house during the summer was my favorite part of the whole year. My mom and I have made it a yearly event to stay here. No matter how bad the weather is, we always come down July 1st and stay until August 1st. On our way to the beach, we always stop at this little diner called “Poppa’s Din-Din.” Poppa’s Din-Din has the best homemade triple thick choco-chocolate milkshake in the world. “Quite the milkshake!” my mom exclaimed as we were walking over to the car. Right as we got into the car, I realized that I left my purse in the booth. So, I quickly ran inside and grabbed it and we were then on the move. Traffic was ugly on the way to the beach house, I listened to 500 songs on my iPod at least before we arrived there. Usually when we arrive there, I unpack my bags then head up to my room on the third floor. Very quickly, I made my bed and put my clothes away so I could head out to the boardwalk to try and spot some of my old friends. Waves crashing down, were very loud this summer because of the previous tsunami that hit this area last spring. X-axis Xtreme Sk8 was my favorite store on the boardwalk, so I quickly made my way over there before it closed. Yellow and bright green letters caught my attention as I was running. Zoey’s Ice Cream, was apparently a new store along the boardwalk. As I made my way inside of the new store, smells started to fill my nostrils. Because of my allergy to peanut butter, I started to cough and headed out quickly. Calmly, after I settled myself from the coughing fit, I walked into X-axis. Darren, my favorite cashier waved to me and signaled to come over. Excited, I dash over to him and gave him a big hug. First I explained my issue with the traffic, but eventually we just wound up laughing about something that was on the television. Glad to be back, I headed back home to my house to eat some dinner. Home at last, my stomach was growling louder than a bad storm in the summer, I grabbed some grub and headed up to my room. I finished eating and then I realized how tired I really was. Just as I was laying down, I fell fast asleep.
ReplyDeleteAlong time ago a man began to grow a pickle.
ReplyDeleteBasically his pickle grew ten times the size he thought it would.
Cream colored with a red stain, the pickle stood tall.
Dare he enter the pickle-growing contest?
Eventually he mustered up the courage to enter.
Finally his pickle was to be judged.
Gnawing on his fingernails he became nervous.
His hands were shaking in excitement for his prized pickle.
Interested as the judges were, there was a pickle that was bigger.
Joyful before, now the man became terribly upset.
Kangaroos ransacked his garden when he returned home.
Levelheaded as he once was the man became deranged.
Many things went downhill from there.
Night fell, and the man began to grow more pickles, but he wasn’t kind to his pickles.
Once every night he would go out to the garden and scream hatred at his growing pickles.
Pickles became red instead of green.
Quietly the pickles grew larger and larger.
Rampaging through the town, the man became a maniac.
So the pickles obviously became meaner and meaner.
This is how the jalapeno pepper was created.
Under the harsh words of a deranged man, a pickle could become a jalapeno pepper.
Very slowly the process was, but people began liking peppers.
Well, the pickles didn’t like being yelled at so they plotted revenge.
X-rays weren’t powerful enough to cut through the evil peppers.
Yes, you should never yell at your pickles because they could become mean peppers.
Zorgons are also aliens.
An apple fell from the tree when a strong wind blew across the tree. Boom! was the sound Jesse expected, but he knew that it would not happen. Cats chased each other trying to triumph over the last piece of a fish. Dogs followed them to drive them away from their territory. Even though they were trying to kill each other, it seemed to Jesse, that they were having fun. Fun, when was the last time Jesse had "Fun"? Going to the movies was fun while it lasted, but then he is too old for such childish entertainments now that he has grown up. He quickly returned to his car from the park, his next destination was home. Ill looking people were lying down on a street. Jesse was sadden by the fact that he could not do anything for them. Knowing the fact that he is a doctor, made the situation worse for him. Literally, Jesse wanted to take every single one of them to his hospital and treat them with care, but they lacked one of the most important assets in life; Money. Not everyone lived like Jesse, derived from a rich family, able to receive whatever he wanted. Observing his reflected image in a mirror, he saw a single drop of tear racing down from the corner of his eyes. P, stood for parking, and Jesse put his car's gear in P and approached one of the poor people slowly. Quiet as they were, Jesse pulled out a card with his name and phone number written on it. Red hand from a freezing winter weather reached out for the card and kept it in her pocket. Silently, Jesse turned his back and went back to his car once again. Time had passed by, but calls from the poor woman did not come. Underneath the drawer of his desk, there was a picture of his family. Violently he ripped the pictures, for it was one of the saddest memories he has. Woman in the picture had died from a surgery, where Jesse had failed to succeed. X-rays of his wife showed no hope of a recovery, but he wanted to prove the machines wrong. Yellow bird landed on a tree just outside of his window and sang a sad song to Jesse. Zealot, Jesse was a Zealot to his kingdom called "family", but now he will have to live with this guilt for the rest of his life.
ReplyDeleteAmanda was a simple girl. Because of her lack of style, her clothes were often boring. Colorful pants do not please Amanda. Do to her simple life, Amanda participated in regular activities. Exercise was a major activity Amanda enjoyed. Field hockey was Amanda’s favorite sport. Garrett, her best friend, always played field hockey with her. Hanging out with her friend’s is what Amanda enjoys most. Ice cream runs to Ritas, with her boyfriend is one of Amanda’s other activities. Just kidding, its too cold for ice cream right now. Killing time is what Amanda does best though. Laying around, and playing Farmville on Facebook is what she does most. Mostly she reads. Never will Amanda stop reading. Opportunities often come Amanda’s way. Punctually, Amanda always takes advantage of these opportunities. Questioning them before she sees through with them. Recently, Amanda has found out she can go to Peru. Sadly, the trip costs $3000. This is too much money for Amanda to spend to go out of the country. USA is where Amanda will stay for a while. Very much so did she want to go on this trip. Why couldn’t Amanda spend the money on the trip? Xylophone, her pet Zebra needs surgery. Yes, Amanda has a pet Zebra. Zebra’s cost a lot of money, so she’s going to spend her money on Xylophone, and miss out on the trip to Peru.

ReplyDeleteA night in September had begun. By the time everybody at the Johnson house was fast asleep. Caution had fallen upon them. Delirious Tom woke up in a fright. “Everyone okay” he asked, with no answer. Frantically running down the stairs going to check on the kids. Gentle children laying in a sleep in their beds, is what Tom saw. He went in the other room to lay down to get away from is mind. “I never seen the news this late” he noticed. “Judicial court hearing have been going on late this night” the reporter announced. “Killings in the thousands”. Looking closer now Tom can’t believe his eyes. “Many people killed as the two towers are hit. New York filled with tragedy this afternoon. Only few survive n this horrific incident”. People begin jumping out of top stories hoping to survive. Quickly Tom called his brother to see if he knew what was going on. Roger answered his phone confused. Switch your TV channel to 9 you wont believe what’s going on. “Terrorist attack on New York is what the title said. United States president is trying his best to cope with the problem. Vicious terrorists stop at nothing to hurt the Americans”. “Wow” Tom said into the phone to Roger. X-Rays show that the Taliban have no heart said Roger trying to be funny. Young Alex wakes up to ask daddy what’s wrong. “Zebras” is all he says as he quickly falls back asleep.
It was a Wednesday morning, like any other, when my bus came later than usual. January brought cold and bitter weather, making the morning wait for the bus even harsher than usual. Kelsey Crawford, a sixth grader who looked small and frail, received a paper cut on her finger, for which the bus driver pulled over to cover with a band-aid. Looking on during this strange occurrence, I did not realize this was to be the beginning of a morning filled with equally mundane but odd events, though the bus made it to school without further incident. My locker, however, would not open until after the 3rd try.
ReplyDeleteNobody was left in the halls once I had gathered all my stuff for the day, so I knew I was already noticeably late for my first period class, finance. Of course, I thought I would arrive in class to a reprimanding teacher, but that was not the case. People were crowded around the center desks, where Mr. Pluei had supplied us with bagels and fruit juice. Quickly, I took my seat, praising myself for my good fortune. Rumbling sounds from my stomach also urged me to take a bagel, which I spread a healthy amount of cream cheese over. Suddenly, I realized there were 5 newcomers to our class, and I remembered Mr. Pluei telling us about his old students coming in to talk to our class about how business school is going for them.
The day continued normally until my other class, for which I also had Mr. Pluei as a teacher, when I saw the 5 business school students again. Unfortunately, they repeated the same spiel from first period, so the visit was not nearly as informative. Very bored, I decided to finish some math homework that was not due yet. When the bell rang, I scampered out of the classroom with the rest of my fellow students. Xeno, a foreigner, stayed after the bell to ask further questions of the students. Yesterday, I would have done the same, but I was in a hurry to get to my next class.
Zero tolerance for lateness but great teaching ability are the two qualities most distinguished about my next teacher. As part of my school routine, I stop by my locker before that period, so I knew I had to walk fast to get there on time. But I was shell shocked when my locker was completely missing from the row of lockers. Confused and dazed, I walked to the office to inquire about the reason behind this mysterious event.
Different possibilities raced through my mind, so I walked more quickly to the office. Ellen, the secretary, saw me and called out to tell me that they were waiting for me in the guidance office. For once, I had no idea what was going on. Glad to see my parents for once, I rushed to them when I spotted them standing by the doorway, but they did not have good news.
“Honey, we’re transferring you to boarding school because of your father’s new job,” my mother told me, the last thing I remember before I fainted.
“You sir, the one in the hat, would you like free tickets for the zoo?”
ReplyDelete“Zoo huh, that sounds like a lovely occasion!”
And just like that, the Smith’s were on their way to a wondrous adventure. Big cats is Jimmy’s favorite exhibit; he could sit and watch them all day. Christen really enjoys the aquatic animals like dolphins and penguins.
“Dad, when are we going to stop for lunch, I’m starving!” Jimmy exclaimed.
“Enough already, we’ll stop when we stop, quit your whining and look at the tigers!” “Fine, but I better get like 8 cheeseburgers and some fries for having to wait this long.”
“Goodness gracious you two, when will the bickering end?” interjected mother.
“Hold on just a second now, were not bickering, this is a constructive conversation at an elevated decibel.”
“Indubitably old bean, there is no bickering here whatsoever mother dearest.”
Jimmy was getting even more antsy about this whole food situation, so he decided to try some of the ostrich pellets.
“Kid spit that out, it’s for the animals!” exclaimed the frantic zookeeper.
“Like I would actually eat this nasty stuff, get a life buddy,” retorted silly little Jimmy.
“Miss, is this your son, he keeps trying to eat the ostrich food,” tattled mean old mister zookeeper.
“Nope I have no idea who this young hooligan is, just kidding he is my son and I’ll teach him a lesson,” joked mother.
“Oh, for the record, we sell leashes disguised as animal backpacks in the gift shop, you know, if you want one,” suggested Mr. Zookeeper.
“Please, I will not have my child on a leash!”
“Quiet down ma’am, you’ll wake the rhinoceros!”
“Rhinoceros are enormous and stupid, I don’t care if they wake up.”
“Stop insulting my animals, I take pride in every single one of them!”
“The hell I will-ahh the rhino is coming after me!”
“uh oh, last time that happen we had to send the victim to the hospital”
“very….much……pain….take me to the hospital NOW!” screamed mother loudly.
“What for you insensitive withered up mean hearted person?” responded the zoookeeper.
“X-rays stupid, that big dumb rhino broke me!”

ReplyDeleteJolinetta sighed as she walked down the long, winding sidewalk. Karma had finally caught up to her. Long ago she was joyful every day, but now she had nothing to look forward to when arriving at school. Morning after morning it had been the same routine, all until one day last month. Never before had Jo noticed the sparkle that came to her eye when tossing a flag in the air. Obvious to her friends and family, she would have never tried color guard unless she saw this very persuasive sign in homeroom. “Perfect? Want to be perfect?” It read. Quickly, Jo thought of a thousand ways that she had tried to be perfect before and failed. Realizing this, she signed her name on the poster and ended up at color guard tryouts that night. Suffering was the best way to perfection, according to these instructors. To achieve greatness in color guard would be a big mountain to overcome, but Jo thought she could handle it. Until she had found guard she was still searching for something that she was truly good at. Vivaciously, Jo practiced day and night until she got the routines just perfect. Wonderful was what she became, with a natural ability for flag, rifle, and sabre. Xenophile was what she had become, but color guard was not foreign to her anymore. Yearning for more attention than she had gotten, Jo started to become greedy and acted better than the rest of the guard. Zealously, she came early to practices and started going above and beyond what everyone else was doing. About a month after joining color guard, her new “friends” formed an alliance against her. Because of the great amounts of suck up that she was putting towards the instructors, she would have to pay. Color guard was not only about a single person’s performance, but also about the group’s skill as a whole. Doomed to unknown sabotage, Jolinetta walked into school one day carrying her equipment to stay after for an early practice session. Everyone greeted her as she passed, but let out a hidden snicker when she walked away. Forgetting about going to her locker was probably the luckiest things that she could have done. Great amounts of embarrassment would await her as she stopped there before homeroom. Hardly oblivious to the fact that something was going on, Jo slumped low in her seat during first period. In fact, this was going to be a very long and painful day.

ReplyDeleteChris was staring at her for a while and he noticed that she was staring back as well. Debbie was blushing and Chris gave her a warm smile. Everyone was singing around us in the chapel. Friendly remarks and jokes were going around and people were having a joyful time. Gorgeous little girls came down the aisle in beautiful pink dresses. Honored by all the love and joy, Chris and Debbie were finally getting married. Ivory decorations were all around the chapel brightening the atmosphere. Jenny, Debbie’s mother, had a smile on her face and her eyes were glistened with tears. Ken, Debbie’s father, was cheesing real big and wrapped his arms around Jenny to soothe her. Little weary and nervous, Debbie started to walk down the aisle. Magical music was tuned inside her head as she took each step. Navigating her way down the aisle, she saw Chris stepping down from the steps to reach for his hands. Obnoxiously Debbie smiled and held his hand. People laughed and took pictures of the precious moment. Questioning by the priest ended in a few minutes and they came down the steps. Relatives and family came down the aisle and gave them huge hugs. Some people even gave them a champagne shot. Today on, Chris and Debbie were a family. Unbelievable, but it was true. Various feelings and thoughts went through Debbie’s head. Wishes did come true, she thought.
Xylophones were making high pitch sounds, indicating it was time for them to make a toast. Youths and adults all gathered in the same spot and looked up at Ken. Zenith was almost near and the sun was high above their heads. Anon, everything was finished and Chris and Debbie were on their way to their vacation. Beautiful as it sounds, Debbie woke up from her dream.
Hanging out at school was the thing I liked least, I could not wait for sumer. I loved going to the beach, once school lets out. Just in time for the annual parade. Kangaroos were the theme of the parades, they would hop around the streets. Leftovers would be served, and we all had an amazing lunch. Many people showed up, like one big great family. Not only were the waves crystal blue, but, all the decorations made everything worthwhile. Only the sky started to turn darker, and darker. Perfect weather turned into a disaster. Quite day, turned into a loud stormy, day. Respectfully people stayed to help clean up as the pouring rain came down. Softball sized hail rained down on us, pain from the ice smashing our heads. Tightly crammed under the tents, waiting out the end of this storm. Underneath the tents everyone was soaking wet, cold, and not in a good mood. Virtually this would have never happened, this is why I like video games the best. Xenon the game is awesome.
ReplyDeleteAnnie was quiet, nervous, and constantly in motion. Because of her lack of ability to sit still and talk to many people, she had zero to no friends. California is where Annie lives along with her little brother and her mom. Danny, he little brother, was constantly trying to mess up what little of a life she had. Every time she got ready for school he would try to sabotage her outfit. For Annie though, it was a game, if she could survive her little brother then she could survive anything. Guys were the biggest problem for Annie. She had never had a boyfriend, never been kissed, and never really even talked to a boy other then her brother. However, Annie was determined to make her junior year of high school different. In past years, she would go through school invisible, like a ghost, but now she was determined to make a stand. Just like every other girl in the world that attends high school, Annie wanted a date for the school dance that was coming up next week. Knowing no boys even knew her, she would have a lot of work to do. Listening to the advice all the shows on MTV and the articles in the magazines gave her to getting a date, she knew she would be ready. Most morning’s Annie woke up and threw on whatever, but this morning she did things differently. Not only did she pick out a super cute outfit, but she did her hair and her make up. Only one person did not notice, and it was the one boy that Annie had been crushing on for a while. People were giving her compliments all day. Quiet as she is, she did not know how to react to all the attention, but she tried her best. Right as the day was ending, the boy she liked came up to her. “So, you did something different?” he asked. “Trying something new,” she replied. Usually he never said anything to her, she was unsure of what to do. Very often in the situation Annie would walk away, but she stood there waiting for what was going to come next. “Well, you really don’t need all of that,” he said, pointing to her face. Xenodochial as she was, she tried to take this as a compliment. “You going to the dance?” he asked. “Zero chance,” she answered. “And why is that?” he said. “Because I have no date,” she looked down. “Come with me,” he suggested. “Done,” she answered, smiled, and walked away. Every time after that she left her house with no make up, no new clothes, and no want to be like everyone else.
ReplyDeleteAnother day in the life of Jonny Bo Banny. Bigger than the other kids in his grade he feels intimidating but really is small at heart. Counting heads across the school yard for the teachers who are too short. Determining whose absent and whose not. Effortlessly scaring kids by accident, makes him feel bad and sometimes get him in trouble for the kids tell on him. Finding his happy spot is hard for him, its not with his friends because he doesn't have any because he scares everybody away he tries to communicate with. Getting his way easy but he does not take advantage of his size so its hard for him to get the right message across. Hoping that there will be a new kid in school as big as him so they can be friends. Independently he stands, alone, afraid, with no one to talk to. Just waiting, waiting for a friend, waiting for some one his size. Kidnapping is what the parents of the smaller children think when they see him, he can see it in their eyes, just burning with worry. Love is what is within Jonny's big body, and thats it now he just needs some one to share it with. Most people do not believe him when he says that love is all he has to give, until nick came to his school. Nick was the odd one in the bunch but for different reasons then Johnny, nick was overly small and scrawny. Opposites they were but friends they would become. Picking on nick soon became a habit for the occupants of the school. Q. Running away from his problems one day nick ran under Johnnys legs for protection, the whole recess yard looked in awe, lost for a plan they just left chattering about what had just happened. "So thanks for saving be back there man, i think there afraid of you, I'm not sure why but they defiantly are" at that moment johnny realized he found a friend, someone to talk to, finally! " T- t-t oday is monday" stuttered Johnny because he didn't know what to say. Understanding his predicament Nick started a conversation with him. "Volcanos are awesome, i think i wanna be a volcanologist when i grow up" said Nick. "Wow i never thought about that, i like them too, and dino's" replied Johnny. "Xuanhanosaurus" is my favorite dino of them all, he was part of the late jurassic age" replied Nick. "Yamaceratops, thats my favorite one, it ate plants alot" said Johnny in protest. "Zuniceratops, i think we can both agree are awsome" and just like that they were friends.
ReplyDeletePeople crowded around on the street in a mix of confusion. Questions were flying about the air, “Who did this? Why did this happen?” Really, nobody could give a reasonable answer as to why there was a dead body lying in the middle of the road, one that could not be identified. Suspects were named, but it was unclear as to whether this was homicidal or suicidal. Truthfully, it could have actually all have been an accident. Under the body lay smeared blood across the black pavement. Vomit lay next to the head of the dead man, which brought up suspicion that the man could have been killed while being sick or drunk.
ReplyDeleteWhen the police arrived, they called an ambulance immediately, and an investigation on the crime seen began within the hour. X-rays were taken on the man’s body to see if he had been hurt internally, but they proved that he had not been stabbed or shot. Yesterday, there were no loud noises on the streets such as gun shots or fighting, the neighboring citizens claimed. Zoo-keepers at the city zoo were questioned on live television, for they were in the area the next morning when the dead body was found.
All the people were now scared for their lives, and many exaggerated claiming that they were doomed and should all movie. But when the man was looked at closely, he did not seem to have many bruises and cuts. Certainly he was in no good shape and had bled hours on end, but where all this blood had leaked out of was a mystery. Detectives took DNA samples and pictures. Everyone pressured the detectives for answers but they were silent. Forgetting about all other aspects of life, these city members stayed on the streets and waited to hear answers. Good people, bad people, it did not matter.
"Zoom went the car" A horrible thing happened that day. Basically so horrible i can't get it out of my mind. "Can things get any worse???" "Dont think about it", my parents always tell me. Everytime I try to put it out of my mind it comes back 5 times worse 10 minutes later. For you to really feel my pain I must go back to when the event happened. Going to the store last tuesday me and my friends were just fooling around. Hatayichimotosuka, my friend, was playing around in the middle of the street. Instantly I got a vision of this thing I saw on television about this guy who was playing in the middle of the street and actually got hit. Just as I was about to warn Hatayichimotosuka, a car spead around the corner. Knowing of his doom me and my other friends, Raiden, Akuma, Lui Kang, Kung Lao, Mr.Rodgers from the neighborhood,Tom and Jerry yelled to try and warn him. Like if time was put into slow motion by a magical wizard everything seemed to go at half speed. My body went cold and started to shiver. Numbing sensations started to spead throughout my body. Ofcourse you would expect the car to hit Hatayichimotosuka but it swirved around him and hit me. Positioned in my spot like I was hit with a stunn dart, The car hit me head. Quick, in a split second my body had been turned into a punted football spinning and flopping in the air. Right before I hit the ground my soul drifted off to heaven. Suffering from shock I had no idea what was going on. Tomishi, an angel came to me and Told me were I was and what had happened. Under the trance I was in I barely understood a word she said. Violently
ReplyDeleteAfter the frustratingly loud morning bus arrives to school, I departed hastily to my first period class.
ReplyDeleteBecause my bus driver often comes to pick up the children on my bus late, we get to school just after the warning bell.
Crushing loose papers and books, I dug down into the bottom of my locker to grab my homework due last period.
Dimwittedly, I had forgotten to bring my social studies homework home, and would have to have it completed by 1:50.
Edward Johnson asked me why I was in such a rush to get to class, and I reminded him of the social studies homework we had to get done.
Forgetting his paper in his locker as well, he dashed to his locker to go and retrieve his uncompleted assignment.
Getting through day felt quicker than usual as my time to complete the worksheet diminished.
Hall monitors stopped me after each class period for running through the halls anxious to get to my next class and have down time to complete my work.
I got lucky on a few occasions to not run over and teachers walking in the halls.
Just making it by the principal will only a few inches to spare scarred me the most.
Kindly, the principal just asked me to slow down.
Looking forward to each teacher lecture, I used the time to get as much of the worksheet I could get done at a time.
Most of my teachers like to elaborate on stories or explanations, which worked in my favor today.
Not having study hall today was for the worst of luck.
Overlooking me during a lecture, my math teacher spotted me working on other assignments and asked me to put it away.
Pleased that he didn’t confiscate my work, I simply just worked on the worksheet underneath disguised papers that looked like I was paying attention.

ReplyDeleteOnce upon a time, there was a girl named Penny. Penny lived a lonely life, high in the castle towers of the greatest kingdom. Queen Bethany, however, was the cause to Penny’s loneliness. Recently her father had died, and being his friend, Bethany decided to take Penny into her home, but as a servant girl. Secretively, Penny would try to run away from the evil Queen’s demands, but never gained enough courage to do so. The day came when she finally mustered all the bravery she had and planed an escape. Unfortunately, she needed to do this at midnight when everyone was sleeping. Valor and fearlessness packed in her bag, she trenched into the complete darkness and ran to freedom. Without a doubt, she was scared beyond belief, but she received a rush of excitement and thrills and she entered the forest beyond the castle walls. Xylophone sounds and drumbeats entered her ears and she began to panic. Young Penny was confused and scared of what might approach her. Zealously, she began to cry and was no able to keep quiet. A petite elf cantered out of the trees and smiled at Penny. Because of his friendly gesture, she became at ease. “Come with me to the festival pretty girl,” said the elf. Daringly, Penny put her trust in the elf and followed him deeper into the forest. “Exactly what is going on here?” asked Penny. “For years now we have been having these events deep in the forest where no one can find us. Girls like you, however, come along, escaping their evil towers and wanting freedom. How would you like to join us and stay here for a while?” Ironically, a creature that Penny looked down on for so long was helping her find her way. Just as the sounds of the drums got louder, Penny saw all the other elves and servant girls dancing and rejoicing around the fire.

ReplyDeleteFor as long as I can remember I have hated eating fruits and vegetables. Grapes have always been my least favorite fruit. How is it that some people can eat so many fruits, when I can hardly stand to look at an apple. I think fruits tormented me as a child. Just because I don’t eat fruit does not mean I am an unhealthy eater. Kangaroos never eat fruit and you never hear that they are mal nourished. Lacking fruits in my diet means that I have to eat vitamins a lot. Most people don’t eat enough anyway; so most people already take vitamins. No one is perfect, everyone has their flaws. Octopuses are not perfect; they are very ugly and have trouble making friends. Porcelain tile is said to contain a lot of vitamins that are also in fruits. Quilts are are a good source of fiber. Running helps to keep me healthy when I am not eating fruits. So many people run to stay healthy. To many people do not run enough and are overweight. Umbrellas help keep me dry if it is raining when I run. Vlad Teppich was a cannibal who got his vitamins and minerals from eating people. Without the proper nutrition you will wither away. Xebec sailors always eat well at sea. You should eat well to, if you’re reading this. Zoolader and other models often do not eat well. Alphabet soup is delicious but does have any fruit in it. Because a healthy diet is so important, everyone should try and maintain one. Calcium is and important nutrient, that is not found in fruit. Don’t be fooled though eating fruits is very important. Epic stories could be told about the importance of fruit.
On a Thanksgiving morning, Mr. and Mrs. Brown woke up and immediately started preparing for their Thanksgiving dinner. Preparing the food was done by Mrs. Brown while Mr. Brown was cleaning the house. Quietly, they were finishing up their preparations. Rhonda thought that everything seemed to be organized and ready for the big feast. Sam, John, and George, their sons, were coming home for the holidays along with their wives. The Browns, however, were not fond of them, as they never prepared a single thing for this special occasion. Under a lot of thinking, Rhonda thought of an idea.
ReplyDelete“Victor, I have an idea to make the girls feel guilty of not preparing things,” exclaimed Rhonda.
“Well, what is it?” asked Victor.
X-ray vision was going through Rhonda’s head as she was thinking of an idea.
“You know, how about I only make turkey so that when the girls see this, they’ll feel guilty,” suggested Rhonda.
“Zany idea because we’re all going to starve with just turkey,” said Victor.
“Abandoning this idea will not work for me because I have already thought it through,” said Rhonda.
“But what about the other food? Candied yams?” desperately asked Victor.
“Don’t worry, I’ll make the food, but I’m only going to present the turkey until the girls tell me how sorry they are,” said Rhonda.
Everything was going to go well, as Rhonda thought about this brilliant idea. Four o’clock, and there was a doorbell. George was the first one to come in with his wife, then came Sam and John with their wives. Having a great time chatting, Rhonda came in and presented the turkey and nothing else, and everyone’s faces wee confused and the girls were feeling guilty.
“I’m so sorry, I should’ve prepared something,” the wives apologized.
“Just don’t worry because I felt tired today and turkey was the only thing I could do, you know? KitKats are for dessert though!” exclaimed Rhonda.
“Luckily, I did prepare the food, but I just wanted to make you guys see how hard I always worked on Thanksgiving every year while you guys don’t,” said Rhonda.
A gorilla had escaped from the zoo. It was the biggest gorilla in the zoo. He was known as Mini Kong. Once he ran away from the zoo, the first place he went to was the supermarket; he went to search for bananas. The air force, army, national guards, and everyone else had been given orders to stop this gorilla. Mini Kong, roaring and beating his chest, started to climb up the tallest building he could find. Since there were barely any tall buildings, Mini Kong climbed the building of Coca Cola’s headquarters. Not wanting to damage Coca Cola’s headquarters, no one had shot a single fire at the gorilla. Coca Cola’s CEO had seen the big, black gorilla climbing up his window. This had frightened the CEO so much that he started drinking an abundant amount of cokes. Loving his freedom, Mini Kong had stood at the top of the building for a while. Waiting at least an hour, Mini Kong wondered why the military was not shooting. Done with waiting, Mini Kong decided to hop over to the next building. Just as he was about to land, the air force, army, national guards, and the other military units fired all their weapons until they were out of ammunition. Everyone thought for sure that Mini Kong had been dead. Unfortunately for the military, Mini Kong had landed in a hole at the top of the building. Being at least forty feet deep, the hole at saved Mini Kong’s life. Fortunately for Mini Kong, he had landed on a pile of gold. Gold had equaled bananas for him.
